Public hospitals pay on collective pay scales (TVöD), with paid leave, shift and overtime allowances, and strong labour protections.
Care for your family
Statutory health insurance, free public schooling, and family reunification once you are settled.
A gateway to Europe
Live and work in Germany, with a path to a settlement permit and easy travel across the Schengen area.
Roles we place
India vs Germany: what you take home
Enter what you earn in India today and compare it with a nurse or allied health salary in a German public hospital, after German tax and social security.
India benchmark for this role: ₹24,000 a month (typical fresher take-home, private hospital). Change it to your own salary.
Typical monthly budget in Germany
| Rent, 1-room flat incl. heating (mid-size city) | €550–750 |
| Groceries and eating out | €250–350 |
| Deutschlandticket (transport) | €63 |
| Phone and internet | €30–40 |
| Personal and other | €150–250 |
| Estimated total, single person | ≈ €1,200 |
Estimates. Big-city rents (Munich, Hamburg, Frankfurt) are higher; many employers help with first housing.
That's about ₹25,42,200 more a year. After a typical €1,200 monthly budget in Germany, you could still save around ₹1,08,650 a month, more than your full India salary today.
German pay from recent public-hospital offers (TVöD pay groups D6 during recognition, P7 after). Net worked out with 2026 German income tax and social contributions, single, tax class I. Indian figure: market benchmark.
