Refund Policy

This policy summarises our refund terms. Your signed service agreement contains the binding terms for your program and prevails over this page.

Germany Healthcare Program: job offer or 100% refund

If we cannot secure you a job offer from a German healthcare employer within 6 months of the date you obtain your B2 German certificate, you are entitled to a full refund of the program fee you have paid to us.

The refund does not apply if you:

• withdraw from the program or stop attending training;
• have pending EMI or instalment payments;
• delay or fail to provide required documents;
• do not obtain your B2 certificate; or
• submit false, forged or misleading documents or information.

Other programs

For Canada PR, Australia PR, the Germany Opportunity Card and other services, refunds are available only as set out in your service agreement, typically linked to the stage of work completed.

Fees that are never refundable by us

Government, embassy, visa, VFS, language test, skills or credential assessment, translation and other third-party fees are paid to those parties and cannot be refunded by us.

How to request a refund

Contact your counsellor with your name, registered mobile number, program and payment details. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within the timeline stated in your service agreement.
