These terms govern your use of this website, operated by AIM Abroad. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to them. When you enrol in a program, your signed service agreement sets out the binding terms of that engagement and prevails over this page.

Our services

AIM Abroad is a private consultancy offering career counselling, language training, documentation support and application guidance for work, study and migration abroad. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with any embassy or immigration authority.

No guarantee of visa or employment

Visa, residence and recognition decisions are made solely by the competent authorities, and hiring decisions by employers. Any job-offer commitment or refund applies only as written in your service agreement.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate, complete and genuine information and documents.
• Attend training, tests, interviews and appointments as scheduled.
• Pay fees on time, including any government and third-party fees.

Submitting false or misleading documents may lead to termination of services without refund and may be reported to the authorities.

Fees and payments

Our fees, inclusions, payment milestones and taxes are set out in your service agreement before you pay. Government, embassy, test, assessment, translation and similar third-party fees are separate and are paid to those parties.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and your service agreement.

Information on this website

Content, calculators and salary figures are general information and estimates based on published criteria at the time of writing. Rules, fees, pay scales and exchange rates change; your counsellor confirms what applies to you.

Intellectual property

All content, design and branding on this site belong to AIM Abroad and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions by authorities or employers, for delays outside our control, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the place of our registered office.
